Our project management team uses state of the art systems and sources only the finest linguists to deliver your assignments to the highest quality. However, in the event that something should go wrong you have the peace of mind that we have insurance in place that covers both our work and that of our linguists. There is no charge to you for this.

This level of insurance indemnity is not routinely provided in the industry. If you are in any doubt with another provider, we encourage you to ask to see their ISO accreditation and certificate of insurance cover.

Complaints and audit trail

Furthermore, All actions we take are monitored by our lean, end-to-end project management software and systems. Our insurance indemnity is therefore further underpinned by a full complaints resolution process and audit trail, which we will happily provide you with upon request.
